DEMS VOTE TO KILL ‘JOHN DOE’
Congressional Democrats voted to kill the provision protection “John Does” from lawsuits filed by potential jihadists.
In other words, if you see suspicious activity by Middle Eastern-looking men between 19 and 40 — your basic jihadist profile — and report it to authorities, Democrats want those jihadists to be able to sue you for reporting their suspicious activities.
That means you are subject to threats and legal harassment from the jihadist supporters and enablers at CAIR — the Council on Appeasing Islamonazi Radicals — if you report that you saw a Muslim-looking male acting suspicious, like the flying imams in Minnesota.
And guess what? Wisconsin’s very own senators, Herb Kohl and Russ Feingold (D-Al Qaeda), want you to shut up as well or face lawsuits.

The Washington Times reports that the provision was killed in the House-Senate Conference Committee on the Homeland Security bill.
Says Rep. Peter King (R-N.Y.,) who sponsored the original amendment:
Democrats are trying to find any technical excuse to keep immunity out of the language of the bill to protect citizens, who in good faith, report suspicious activity to police or law enforcement. I don’t see how you can have a homeland security bill without protecting people who come forward to report suspicious activity.

Our war is against ISLAMIC radicals. They think the KORAN is commanding them to murder us. The guy who tried to bomb the airport in Glasgow a couple of weeks ago was yelling ALLAH! as he fought with the police. We’re supposed to ignore that?
Democrats killed the amendment in a very sneaky, technical, under-the-radar way in the House — so they can tell their insane fringe backers they pulled it off, yet no one’s fingerprints are on it. As far as I’m concerned, that just means we should blame “THE DEMOCRATS.” Period. If they don’t want personal accountability, we should see it this way: When it comes to national security, this is who they are.
Who are they? With a few exceptions, they are people who once given complete power will surrender America to the jihadists just as fast as they can.
Also, don’t underestimate the clout of the trial lawyers, who contribute heavily to the Democrats. The trial lawyers make lots of bucks off “victims” like the flying imams. And the AlQaeda Civil Liberties Union.
At least we know just whose side the Democrats in Congress, the trial lawyers, those Without ACLUe and the jihadist lobby — CAIR and Friends — are on: the terrorists.
